How we check listings

Where our RTK network info comes from, and how we keep it current.

Where the info comes from

  • Official network pages. Prices, sign-up steps and caster settings come from the operator's own site, sign-up portal or user guide. Each listing links to its sources.
  • NOAA records. Base station locations come from NOAA's CORS station list. Some state contacts come from NOAA station logs.
  • Operator emails. We email network operators and ask them to check their listing. When an operator writes back and confirms something, the listing gets a yellow badge with what they confirmed and the date.

Confirmed by the operator

Right now 3 listings have an operator confirmation: TURN GPS in Utah (fee, Oct 29, 2026), AZ CORS in Arizona (mountpoints and site count, Oct 30, 2026) and WVRTN in West Virginia (listing reviewed, Oct 29, 2026).

Last checked dates

Each listing shows the date we last checked it against the operator's own pages. If we don't have a check date on file for a listing, we leave the date off instead of guessing.

The weekly check

Every week we run a price and coverage check. It looks for price changes, new or dropped coverage and caster changes on the operators' sites. What changes goes into What's new.

Prices

We only show a price the operator publishes. If they don't publish one, the listing says "Ask for a quote" and links to their site. We never guess a price.

Spot something wrong?

Email [email protected] or use the report a change form. Tell us the network and what changed. We check it against the operator's site and fix the listing.

Always confirm with the operator before you rely on a network for field work.
